Dr. Jill Stratton who teaches Psychology of Young Adulthood
and Leaders in Context at Washington University will share the
benefits of gratitude for individuals and groups.
For instance, did you know that those who actively express
Higher levels of positive emotions;
• Stronger immune systems and lower blood pressure;
• More joy, optimism, and happiness;
• Act with more generosity and compassion; and
Feel less lonely and isolated.
Come learn about specific ways you can begin a gratitude practice including
TILT (Things I Love Thursday), gratitude journals, and gratitude letters. There
